For legal reasons, all the sent documents have to be stored in our platform for a period of at least 5 years and cannot be deleted. This is because Signaturit is a trusted third party provider and we need to keep a record of all documents sent through our service for legal reasons.
However, you can archive those documents that are not longer of your interest to maintain a tidy and organised dashboard.
Just search for the document that you wish to archive and click on the three dots icon.
Click on "Archive Request" to send it to the archived deliveries section.

Sometimes you might need to archive many documents at the same time. Below we will explain the steps you should follow for archiving them.
You can archive the requests located in the 3 available sections in the "dashboard": "in progress", "completed" or "all requests":
The steps you should follow to archive the requests will be the same for the 3 sections where your documents are located. If you put the mouse pointer on the left of any of the requests a checkbox will be displayed:
When clicking on any of the checkboxes on the left of the signature request, a new menu on the top will appear. This will allow you to select all the requests and choose what you want to do:
Choose the option "archive request". All the selected requests will be send to the "archived requests". Please note that you can unarchive the requests following the steps of this article.
