A signer keeps receiving reminders of a document already signed, why is this possible?

Sometimes signers may report to you that they keep receiving reminders of a document they have already signed, why is this possible? Here are the steps to check if there is a document pending signature for a specific recipient.

Enter the signer's e-mail address in the search engine in the "all requests" section, all the documents with the same sender will appear:

If all documents appear in "completed" status, check also within the "archived requests" section:

Important: archived requests do not appear in the all requests search.
