Advance signature requests:
Every up to 40 recipients advance signature request will consume one credit (included the recipients in copy).
For instance, if a request includes just one signer it will consume 1 credit and if one request is sent to 40 recipients it will consume 1 credit too.
Certified e-mail requests:
Every certified e-mail request consume 1 credit. The same e-mail can be sent to up to 40 recipients using the same credit.
For instance, if a request include just one recipient it will consume 1 credit and if one request is sent to 40 recipients it will consume 1 credit too.
Simple signature requests:
Every simple request up to 40 recipients will consume one credit (included the recipients in copy).
For instance, if a request include just one signer it will consume 1 credit and if one request is sent to 40 recipients it will consume 1 credit too.
Batch requests:
- Advanced and simple requests: every recipient consume 1 credit of advanced or simple credits. If the delivery is made to 50 recipients it will consume 50 credits and if it is sent to 500 recipients it will consume 500 credits.
- Certified email: every request consume 1 credit of certified email.
Requests with OTP authentication or SMS delivery:
All this type of request consume one extra credit of SMS:
- Advance or simple request with OTP authentication: 1 advanced/simple credit plus one SMS credit.
- Batch delivery with OTP authentication: 1 advanced/simple credit plus 1 SMS credit (each recipient).
- Batch request via SMS delivery: 1 advanced/simple credit plus 1 SMS credit (each recipient).
Reminders:
Reminders only consume credits when the sending method is via SMS. In the requests made with delivery method via email (advanced signature, simple or certified email), only the initial request consumes a credit.
