Errors when signing documents

If your signers are having problems signing documents, they should follow these steps:

  1. Try signing from a different device (computer, mobile, tablet).
  2. Clear browsing data: cookies and cache and log in again.
  3. Access from an incognito window.
  4. Copy the signature URL from the email and paste it on another browser.
