The Wacom stylus is synchronized at the time of signature, which means that you will first need to send a document to be signed in order to synchronize your device.
When the document is ready to sign, but the stylus doesn't work, it could be for one of these two reasons:
- The stylus has no battery: Charge the device and try again.
- The stylus has been disconnected: In the signature box, follow the following steps:
- Click on the Info symbol
- Select "Set pen in link mode"
Once the pen is synchronized with the tablet, the document can be signed.
