If you need to remove a tablet that you previously registered and no longer plan to use, first make sure it doesn’t contain any documents that are pending signature, already signed, or rejected. We recommend deleting all remaining documents from the device before proceeding.
Once that’s done, you can:
- Delete it directly from the Administration Console, or
- Send an email to support@validatedid.com, letting us know the name of the device, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
