Since every person is unique, VIDsigner is designed to be personalized.
You can currently customize the appearance of notification emails for both Remote and Centralized signatures. For details on modifying the look of notifications or the application, please refer to the Look & feel Customization Manual (branding) for VIDremote.
You may configure the following elements: the company’s central logo and the color of the notification box.
To request these customizations, email support@validatedid.com, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
Please include:
- The URL of your company’s logo* (JPEG or PNG format).
- The (primary) corporate color in hexadecimal format (e.g. #5B0CB0)**

*REMEMBER: We cannot use your company's logo as an image; we need the web address.
** The color of the box can be customized to any background color, except white.
