What to do when an account holder leaves the company?

Whenever a Signaturit account holder leaves a company, the email change must be managed following these steps or, alternatively, access must be delegated to the responsible personnel within the company, who will safeguard this information securely.

If the email change has not been made and you do not have access to the account, you must send us an email to legal@signaturit.com and support@signaturit.com with a formal request signed by the company representative asking Signaturit to make the email change.
