All of the evidence from the transaction generated during the signature process are kept in the audit trail. Through an encryption algorithm and an Official Time Stamping, we assure the integrity of the data and, therefore, its legal validity as a proof of who signed the document, when and where.
Each electronic signature is “embedded” in the document, including biometric data captured during the signature process.
The audit trail contains the following information:
- Unique identifier of the transaction.
- The signer's name.
- The signer's email address.
- IP address.
- Geolocalization.
- Authentication history.
- Chain of custody (ex: sent, seen, signed, etc.).
- Official time stamp.
- Complete status.
