When you send a certified email you can attach a file so the recipient can see it, open it or download it.
Once the certification process is complete, in order to see and download the document attached in the certified email, you will have to open the Audit Trail using the Adobe Acrobat Reader application.
1.- Open the Audit Trail with Adobe Acrobat Reader
2.- Click on the “clip” image that appears on the left column: this will give you access to a list that contains the attached documents and the certifications of the delivery
3.- Click on the attached document and a new window will open
This way, you will be able to see and download the file that was attached in the certified email.
4.- To download and save it in your computer, you must click on the right button on the document.
