When will it be and how long will it last?
Saturday night 9th from 23:30h to 05:30h CET.


Why are you doing this shutdown?
We are going to carry out preventive actions on the system. Thanks to this intervention, we will come back with a more robust and improved solution to continue offering you the best service.


What will happen during the maintenance window?
During the maintenance window, the service will be inaccessible, so no new requests can be created and you will not be able to use our services.


What will happen to my requests already started?

Requests launched before 23:30h will be processed normally. As soon as we resume activity, everything will continue as usual.


What if someone wants to sign during this time?
In that case, the user will enter a temporary page informing them that we are performing maintenance and asking them to try again later.


What will happen to the API calls?
When the service is down, Signaturit will respond with a temporary HTTP 302 redirect.


How can I prepare my team and my users?
Inform all Signaturit users in your company and remind your customers whenever possible that they will not be able to access our services during that time due to a scheduled maintenance.

In case you are integrated via API, use the HTTP 302 redirection that will return the service during the shutdown.

What will happen with certified emails?
We recommend using an alternative method (such as advanced or simple signature) for this type of communications during the week prior to the intervention.
