Is it possible to modify the reminders of a request that has already been sent?

At the moment it is not possible to modify the reminders for a request already made, so we recommend that you review the reminder settings in your account or do not activate the automatic reminders for signature requests, so that you can send the reminders manually and manage them later according to your needs.

Important: archiving a signature requests does not stop reminders from being sent, only this request will not appear in: requests in progress, completed or all requests.
