For legal reasons, all sent documents have to be stored in our platform for a period of at least 5 years. It's not possible to delete a document.
After the fifth year, the documents will be removed depending on the user's status.
However, you can archive those documents that are not longer of your interest to maintain a tidy and organized dashboard. Click here to know how.
All archived documents will be moved to the "Archived requests" section:
There, you'll be able to search for the documents by request type.
Go to the top right corner to filter and export your archived documents' statistics.
Click on the three dots icon to do the most common actions for archived documents:
- Download the signed document (if signed).
- Download the audit trail
- Or unarchive the document (it will be restored to the "Documents" section)
