Sign a document

You will receive an email with a link to open a document to sign in your email inbox.

Open the email and click on the Open Document button to start the signing process.

We recommend that you open it from your smartphone so you can sign with your finger or a touch pen, which is more intuitive than with a mouse on a computer.

After clicking on Open Document, you'll see a screen as the one shown below. Click on Review Document to access it and start signing.

Once you've opened the document, you will see that the system will indicate that you have information to fill out on the top bar.

Click on the “Go there” button, located on the top left hand corner of the screen to move around more easily.

When you find the signature box, click on it so you can sign.  

Click Accept when you finish drawing your signature.

The system will notify you when you have filled out all the fields and the following message will appear:

Confirm that you accept the Terms and Conditions by ticking the circle to the left of Terms and Conditions.

Finally, click “Send Document”. You have signed your document!
