Export your statistics

You can save your statistics in your hard drive and use them in any word processing tool like Excel to have a custom record and to handle your numbers as you see fit. 

To Export your statistics in .csv go to: 

Team > Statistics

Click on "Export" (top right corner) to download your statistics in .csv format. 

 

In this .csv file you'll find the stats of each member's activity. 

To open a .csv file in Excel, you'll have to import it accordingly in order to get a readable file.

Your export file will have 8 columns where you can find the following information:

User email -> The account's registered email
Team -> The team or teams it belongs to
Date -> The time period you want to get data from

Completed Docs (Files) -> The number of pdf files signed
Ready to sign Docs (Files) -> The number of pdf files still not completed by all signers
Canceled Docs (Files) -> The number of pdf files canceled by the creator
Error docs (Files) -> The number of pdf files that could not been sent due to an incorrect email address
Expired docs (Files) -> The number of pdf files that expired before they could be signed

Number of users on mobile -> How many signers signed documents from a mobile device 
Number of users on desktop -> How many signers signed documents from a computer desktop
Time to completion mobile -> Average number in seconds that it took signers to sign in mobile 
Time to completion desktop -> Average number in seconds that it took signers to sign in desktop
