Once you have uploaded your logo into our system (check here if you don't know how), all your emails and documents will be sent with that logo. If this doesn't happen and you (and your clients) receive the documents with Signaturit's logo, try these steps:
- Remove the logo from your account.
- Do a hard refresh (here are some tips) or delete the browsing caché and cookies.
- Upload your logo and try again
In case you are working with groups, bear in mind that you need to be an administrator in order to edit the branding.
If you keep having issues with the branding, please send us a document that you have sent or received and that contains Signaturit's logo instead of yours. Don't forget to tell us your browser and the version you are using.
