Issues uploading files

If you receive an error message when uploading a file, most probably this is due because of a corrupt file. Please, try the following to fix it:

  • Export the PDF file again: open it in a text editor software and save it again as a .pdf file). 
  • Avoid spaces, symbols or special characters on the file's name: keep it short and simple if possible. 
  • Sometimes the file is just corrupted and you need to fix it. This tool will help you: PDFAid.
  • Compress the file if it's over 10Mb on size. You can use ILovePDF for this.
